We're eager to see your application and discuss the possibilities! As a Senior Java Developer at Tietoevry Create, you will:

• Design and develop high-quality backend solutions using modern Java (1121)
• Build microservices using Spring Boot (Web or WebFlux)
• Apply best practices such as TDD, clean code, and design patterns
• Collaborate with an international team on enterprise-level projects
• Work in an agile environment with CI/CD and Docker-based pipelines
• Contribute to technical decisions and system architecture discussions

 Who we are looking for:

• A senior-level Java developer with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
• A team-oriented person with a proactive mindset and ownership attitude
• Someone who thrives in international collaboration and values clean, maintainable code
• A developer who stays up to date with modern Java technologies and practices

 We would also like you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in Java Software Development
• 6+ years working with Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Web or WebFlux)
• Practical experience with Java 11, 17, or 21 (LTS versions preferred)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with:
  • RESTful Web Services
  • Docker and CI/CD practices
  • Git-based workflows
• English language skills required (both written and spoken), as the daily work will be done in cooperation with an international team

 Nice to have:

• Experience with SOAP
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Working with Kafka
• Message Queues (MQ)
• Oracle Database
