Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the creation and maintenance of web applications;
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance;
• Provide technical expertise in Node.js and React development, addressing complex coding challenges, and ensuring best practices are followed;
• Drive process improvements, implement agile methodologies, and enhance team productivity;
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our development process as needed.
