Your Role And Responsibilities
- Development & Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both backend and frontend applications.
- Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable and reliable server-side applications using Python.
- Frontend Development: Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using React or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Cloud Integration: Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based applications.
- Agile Methodology: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development, AI, and cloud computing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, ensuring effective communication and delivering high-quality features on time.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain high standards of software quality.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Programming Languages: Proficiency preferably in Python for backend development.
- Frontend Technologies: Knowledge of React (or similar modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex issues with a logical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, adaptable, and proactive attitude. Nice-to-Have Skills:
- AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to AI technologies or interest in AI-driven solutions.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
